wiper delay

Post by fordman »

this didnt seem to fit in any of the recent posts. so my question is do the 80-86 iper delays have a turn to the left for wash or a push for wash? i dont remember for sure on this. and does it go past 86 for the delay? i think i found one in a 87 or 88 truck. but it pushes for the wash.

I'm pretty sure all the 80 up switches are push for wash.

Put one in yesterday from an early 80s. Pushes for wash. Right for high and low wipe. Left for delay.

ok i got it now. i was mixed up about what to look for on them. i had putit out of my mind because i asnt going to do it and then wildcard gave me the best reason to do it. a slow rain is when you need the delay. so much wasted time not looking for these.
