what year radio bezels for a 72??

i know they changed slightly over the years but would a 70 work correctly?

yes i believe 68-72 should work.....my 67 is the odd ball

it would fit got a pic of it i think the diff is 67-69 they had ridges in the black area. and 70-72(maybe later?) had a smooth(mine have been anyways). thats the only change i have noticed may be others.

nah its on evilbay so i dont have a good pic, just think the old gal would look better with a OEM radio over the alpine i have laying around

The '71 Bump radio bezel got an upgraded casting number. I'm not sure why, but the one sitting here on the floor is D1TA-18842-AA.

i was wondering that. i saw a radio bezel at the swap meet that said 71/72 it had a 71 part number on it. the 68 radiio bezel number doesnt have ribs. i think the difference is the paint around the edges. the 68-70 bezels i think all have silver and black on the face. where as the 71/72 bezels have all black. heres a pic of the 71/72 bezel i seen at the swap meet.
