2006 crown Vic police int. front suspension

I have a front suspension from a 2006 crown Vic, it only had 59,000 , miles on it. It doesn't include the rack or tie rods, everything else is there. It in nice shape. I couldn't use it because its too wide for my 24" wheels and tires. I paid 225.00 for it and would like to get that. Thanks for looking. What is included? Steering, suspension, sway bar, breaks?
