72 F250 XLT Ranger Camper Special Green Interior

I am having a difficult time finding any reproduction interior parts for my truck. I have the green interior with the faux woodgrain paneling. I have only been able to find the vinyl seat covers in green. Anyone have any suggestions or pointers? NPT has some door panels for a 70 that are similar but not exact. Would those fit a 72?

same prob here. green is hard to come by so ended up switching to painted metal panels and black. have these few green items sitting around. will let them go cheap to a fellow member who can use them...
