The bumper on my truck looks like it could be an off-the-shelf item based on some of the precision cuts and holes. It also has a pin based quick removal system (I have very little hope of it sliding out). Does anyone have information about this?
Thanks!
Do you recognize this towing bumper configuration?

Re: Do you recognize this towing bumper configuration?
You didn't including a picture, but it is possible you have the Barton bumper. My 1968 F100 was ordered with an optional towing package originally, and shipped from the factory with one. It wraps around the side of the truck ware it is attached with a few screws. It also is directly mounted to the frame, and has a ball hitch right in front of the rear license plate & trailer wiring socket built in to the right of the license plate. To left of the license plate is the tag light.
