Hey i Hove a 69 F100. I think my heater is working correctly, but it takes a while for the truck to get warm. Is thier any add on's that can allow the heater to work more quickly or better?

If it's the original heater core it might be getting plugged up. You might flush it out & see if that helps.
These old trucks are kinda leaky in the cab, you might also look for any major leaks letting in cold air.

Sorry I can't point you in the right direction though. One of our long time members here had a tutorial or sorts on how to do this. It involves using a blower (fan assembly) from our sister dent era trucks. I do remember him stating it's like a "super-heater" when compared to our existing heater.The search feature will be your friend here, unless he pipes in here.
